What courses can I choose from?

You can choose from a great range of over thirty Level 3 courses plus specific level 2 options in English and Maths. We are also inviting students to apply for bespoke opportunities to combine accredited vocational and academic qualifications with an extended personalised work experience component. Progression from this pathway would generally be after one year onto a full apprenticeship or traineeship, or after two years into employment. This option can be discussed in detail during the guidance interviews in February and suitability considered.

Entry to Chosen Hill Sixth Form requires a minimum of five GCSE Grades at 9-5. In addition, many courses require specific grades; the preferred entry requirements are given in the full prospectus along with course specifications. Talking to subject teachers and current students will also help your decision-making.

Students may also wish to begin or continue their Duke of Edinburgh award, with time being committed to this in their study programme.
